- South Island Delivery: Order before 11am on Wednesday 15 December
- North Island Delivery: Order before 11am on Thursday 16 December
- Rural delivery: CLOSED
Orders can still be placed after these dates, but they will not be dispatched until the week commencing Monday 20 December. Please note that as of Monday 13 December, we can no longer guarantee delivery before Christmas Day.
'No Peeking' Stickers
A ‘No peeking until Christmas Day’ sticker will be placed on the shipping carton (please select this during the check-out stage), so if your gift arrives early your recipient could place it under the tree. You can use our delivery date picker to choose when you’d like your gift to be delivered.

We are not affected by the new Traffic Light System - we are operating as usual, sending gifts all over New Zealand.
With regions in New Zealand at different Traffic Light Levels, plus extremely high freight volumes, some courier items may be delayed.
The vast majority of items continue to be delivered within the standard timeframes mentioned below, but it is inevitable that some courier items arrive a little later than usual.

Sending to Auckland Businesses
Most businesses based in Auckland will be closed during red and orange lights, so we recommend sending your gifts to a residential address.
Sending gifts to quarantine facilities
We have sent lots of gifts to people in managed isolations. It's such a great way to lift their spirits and pass the time.
Please note that alcohol is not permitted so keep this in mind when choosing your gift box. Please make sure you also provide us with the correct Hotel Name and Room Number.
Contactless deliveries & Timeframes
Our courier partner NZ Couriers are operating under a 'Contactless Delivery' policy to protect their staff and the community by always maintaining a safe distance. This means they may leave parcels in a safe place and do not require a signature.
Free Shipping is automatically applied on orders over $150* going to a single address.
*This only applies when the total order value is less than $499. Volume pricing applies thereafter (please see below, or the second tab on each product description).
Where we deliver to
We currently deliver to New Zealand residential and business addresses only (no PO Box addresses).
Same day dispatch
Same day dispatch is not available from Monday 13 December due to a high volume of orders.
In 2022, we will dispatch your gift boxes on the day you order them, if ordered before 2pm. If we can not do this due to high volumes, a notification will be placed on the homepage of our website.
Standard delivery rates are:
- North Island $10.49 per gift box
- South Island $15.49 per gift box
- Free Shipping for orders valued $150.00–$449.99 to a single address.
For High Volume Orders:
Dispatch can take up to 7-14 days for large orders (50+ gift boxes). We will email you directly about this confirming the exact timeframe, or you can contact us before you place your order on firstname.lastname@example.org or 027 839 3354.
Delivery rates* for high volume website orders going to a single address are:
- $59.99 for orders between $499.00–$999
- $89.99 for orders between $1,000 –$2,499
- $149.00 for orders over $2,500 and up
