How does the Build Your Own Gift Box work?
It’s simple. Add your gift box to your cart, then browse our full range of products and add the items you want. Once you’re happy with your selection, proceed to checkout. Your gift will be beautifully packed and dispatched to your recipient. If your items need a larger box, we’ll give you a complimentary upgrade.
What size gift box will I get?
Once you’ve built your gift, we’ll select the best size gift box to make your items shine and ensure the box looks beautifully full. You don’t need to worry about choosing a size, we take care of that for you.
Can I include alcohol in my gift box?
Yes, we are licensed to sell alcohol and you can include a range of craft beers, wines, and spirits in your Build Your Own Gift Box. Please note that alcohol can only be delivered to recipients aged 18 and over.
Can I add a personalised message to my gift box?
Yes, you can include a personalised message card with your gift at checkout. Your card will be included inside the box. You can also opt for a gold foil greeting card with a handwritten message for a truly special touch.
Is there a minimum spend for the Build Your Own Gift Box?
The box itself starts from $25 for the packaging, and you then add the products of your choice. There is no strict minimum spend on products, but we recommend filling your box well to make the most of the presentation.
How quickly will my Build Your Own Gift Box be delivered?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched same day. Auckland deliveries are usually overnight. Free delivery is available on orders over $189. Please enquire about South Island express delivery or same-day delivery and click & collect within Auckland.
