Delivery Timeframes

The following dates have been recommended to us by our main courier provider NZ Post. While we aim to deliver your parcel on the day you have selected by dispatching it 1-2 days prior for North Island and 2-3 days prior for South Island (2 days earlier if rural), we can never guarantee an exact delivery date due to it being out of our control. 98% of our gifts arrive on time, however, sometimes gifts will arrive earlier or possibly later depending on the courier schedule.    

Please note all our gifts are Signature Required due to their value.

              Where do you deliver to?

              We currently deliver to New Zealand residential and business addresses only (no PO Box addresses).

              How do I get same day dispatch?

              When placed before 2pm on a business day, your order will be dispatched on the same day.

                  What days are deliveries made?

                  Gifts are delivered Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). 

                  Do you provide urgent or Saturday delivery?

                  If you require an urgent delivery or you would like your gift hamper to arrive on a Saturday, please email us at 

                  What is your return policy?

                  We want to make sure everyone is happy and loves their Little Koha gift box. If, for some reason, that was not the case for you, please let us know as soon as possible. We would be happy to work with you on a resolution.
