A refreshing Rosé Spritz handcrafted in New Zealand by AC Wines. This beautiful summer beverage has been prepared using the traditional Rosé winemaking technique of soaking crushed red grapes on their skins to extract colour and flavour before pressing.
After fermentation and blending, the balance of alcohol (5%), acid and sweetness has been achieved through judicious amelioration with sparkling natural water within the guidelines of a New Zealand wine-based beverage.
This Rosé Spritzer is best served chilled over ice in a wine glass or tumbler.
