Gift giving is often a balance between giving something that's amazing for the person, but also for the environment and those who are making the products. We care about this a lot at Little Koha and have designed a collection of sustainable & eco-friendly gift boxes. 

We are very intentional about the businesses we partner with, preferring those who hold similar values and are working hard to improve their own carbon footprint. You can read more about our amazing collaborators here.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to New Zealand residential and business addresses only (no PO Box addresses).

How do I get same day dispatch?

When placed before 2pm on a business day, your order will be dispatched on the same day.

How do I get same day delivery?

We offer same day express delivery within Auckland by request. Please contact us directly for pricing.

What days are deliveries made?

Gifts are delivered Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). 

Do you provide urgent or Saturday delivery?

If you require an urgent delivery or you would like your gift hamper to arrive on a Saturday, please email us at info@littlekoha.co.nz 

What is your return policy?

We want to make sure everyone is happy and loves their Little Koha gift box. If, for some reason, that was not the case for you, please let us know as soon as possible. We would be happy to work with you on a resolution.
