This Lemon Honey Ginger Syrup is a hug in a mug and uses the best ingredients around. Think organic ginger, organic NZ honey, NZ lemon juice and a touch of black pepper for some heat. Perfect served with hot water for a soothing drink or with sparkling water for a crisp, dry soda with a ginger kick. 500ml of syrup makes 15 drinks and is naturally sweetened with Fair Trade organic sugar. Free from artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives. It's suitable for vegetarians.
