Terms and Conditions for Little Koha
1. By entering each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
2. The gifts are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. The gift includes postage to anywhere in New Zealand.
4. By entering, the entrant agrees to be added to Little Koha's mailing list. The entrant may unsubscribe at any time.
5. If your nominee wins, we will contact you for their email and postal details. The entrant will decide if the nomination is kept anonymous or not.
6. Little Koha respects the privacy of the entrant and the nominee. Details of a nomination will only be shared if agreed between all parties.
7. Little Koha is not liable for damage to prizes sent by post or courier.
8. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Little Koha Limited is not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prizes.
9. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only. Employees of Little Koha and contributing businesses are not eligible to enter these promotions.
