Staff shortages due to COVID are putting immense pressure on couriers across NZ. It's an everchanging situation with different regions impacted at different times. When a region is classed as 'high pressure' we are opting to send our parcels through an alternative courier service and the majority of our parcels are being delivered within 1 - 3 days however we are still seeing some delays. While we cannot guarantee delivery on your preferred date, we will try our best and ensure we provide you with timely updates on the delivery of your gift. High Volume Shipping Rates

Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to New Zealand residential and business addresses only (no PO Box addresses).
How do I get same day dispatch?
When placed before 2pm on a business day, your order will be dispatched on the same day.
What days are deliveries made?
Gifts are delivered Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).
Do you provide urgent or weekend delivery?
If you require an urgent delivery or you would like your gift hamper to arrive on a Saturday, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What is your return policy?
