I have looked into your order and can see it was dispatched on the correct day of Wednesday 21 July, allowing the 3 business days (the weekend is not serviced by couriers) to get to the South Island for delivery on Monday 26th July.
Sometimes the couriers will deliver the parcel within 2 days, which is what's happened for your gift. Unfortunately, we're unable to control the courier's movements and we do our utmost to dispatch gifts in time to meet the chosen delivery date.
I've checked our website and noticed that we don't clearly state that we can't guarantee an exact delivery date near the delivery date picker, which is a definitely a flaw on our part, and I will be updating the website ASAP as a result.
I am really sorry that this resulted in a poor experience for you and we hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to show that delivery times are extremely important to us.
